We will endeavour to keep services running instore and via online orders, as we all sit out Coronavirus, in self isolation or through assisting those who need more support through the coming months.

The shop may be open under changeable/reduced hours over the coming months, in order to allow for the inevitable increase in online orders for store collection or home delivery.

Over the coming weeks, our plans will be released for how we will manage the increase in home deliveries and in the meantime request that anyone in surrounding communities that is able to volunteer to help those in self isolation by collecting orders from us and other local services in Bridport.

Online orders from Monday 16th March must reach the minimum £10 to be eligible for home delivery.  This is to ensure that our operations can remain as efficient and effective as possible.  Deliveries in collaboration with Bridget’s Market will continue until further notice.  In addition, please bear with us while the website is updated with our current product range.  If we no longer or are out of stock of any product, we may contact you with an alternative option and otherwise refund you the outstanding amount.  Orders for home delivery must be placed two working days before hand.

Deliveries may not run to our usual schedule, so please leave a contact number in the delivery notes section so that we can confirm with you when you should expect to receive your order.  Thank you for bearing with us on this.

Upon visiting the shop, we ask that all customers, friends and delivery drivers please use the hand washing facilities upon entrance.  Avoid touching face, politely stand outside should you need to cough or sneeze and otherwise appropriatly use a handkerchief or elbow to cover your nose and mouth.  These are all measures that we should taking in any public place to prevent the potential spread of the virus.

No refunds will be issued at present if protects are out of stock.  We will endeavour to offer alternatives and otherwise issue a credit note via email/text to redeem against your next order or (fingers crossed) in store shopping!


Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be available for collection same day by 2pm.  Please state your preferred collection time, in the delivery note at checkout.

Each dry product refill that you order will come in a paper bag with your name on. When you return them to us, they are placed in our filing system under your name and will only ever be used for you.

All packaging is on rotation. This means you hand back your previous order’s packaging when you are next in store. This way, we can continue to provide you with low impact orders without using more packaging than needed.

This is the same for any liquids. However, we will not have your containers, to begin with. Therefore, you must drop off any suitable containers* of your choice, clearly labelled, with your name and intended use, before you place a Click & Collect order for any of the liquids.

Once we have those, you can add them to your online basket and check out so that we can refill them.

Unfortunately, we are unable to start this off without you supplying your containers first, to limit further production of expensive and high impact packaging.

This is the best method that we have found to keep contamination to a minimum and for you to retain your original containers.
