Description
Alfalfa was one of the first cultivated crops, also known as lucerne or buffalo herb. To sprout: Soak 4-6 hours; rinse twice daily. Be frugal! In 6 days a little seed grows a lot of salad!

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odour. Keep in an airtight container. Spices keep fresh for longer in darkness.
