Description

Chickpeas (Garbanzos/Gram), much used in Indian & Middle Eastern dishes. When ground become very versatile flour. Soak 8-12 hrs & cook for 3 hrs. Or pressure-cook 40 mins. Suitable for sprouting. For Houmous – blend cooked chickpeas with garlic, oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt & sesame seeds.

Country of Origin: Italy

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odour.  Keep in an airtight container.
