Corn (Maize) is the largest cereal, grows to 3m+ each plant yielding 1-2 cobs. Corn flour is obtained by finely milling the dried, whole corn grain (kernels) giving a powdery flour. Used for thickening and binding in pastries, cakes and confectionary.
