A small blue/green lentil also known as Puy lentils when grown in France. Puys retain their shape after cooking – No need to soak, Cook for 20 minutes. Dahl: Cook lentils with cinnamon stick, bay, garlic, and ginger and turmeric for 40m. Add lemon and seasoning.
