Growing in the Mediterranean region, there are two types of mustard available; brown(black) & yellow (white). Yellow being milder than the brown seed. Ground mustard is usually from a mixture of both. Frequently used in Indian, African & Asian dishes or can be used for sauces, dressings &chutneys. The seed is fried in hot oil releasing the flavour. May contain traces of celery seed.

Ingredients: Mustard Seed Brassica hirta*, (*Organic).

Country of Origin: USA

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odour.  Keep in an airtight container.  Spices keep fresh for longer in darkness.
