Waste Not Want Not’s returns policy is 30 days since the date of purchase. Any more than this, then, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
For a product to be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact.
We return any eligible products in exchange for store credit notes only.

Food is unable to be returned and a refund can only be made on these items if the goods you received are in poor condition. Should this situation arise, it needs to be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. This must be brought to our attention as soon as possible after receipt of the goods.
All of our food items are not sold to be stored in the packaging we use and it is your responsibility to transfer your items to suitable, air-tight storage. We do not accept any responsibility for long-term storage of food items or past the recommended use by date.
Agreed refunds are processed within 3 business days on receipt f your returned item/s. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Refunds are only applicable to full priced items and therefore does not include sale items.
